Kelai tradditional wpc decking is made of 60% wood fiber,30%HDPE and 10% additives.
These all material are very friendly.And the decking is anti-slip,anti-uv,crack resistant heat resistant and anti-mite.However the important thing is that the wpc decking doesn't need any maintance.

Installation 
1:Installation Steps

A.Use an electric-drill to drill holes on the external side of the first wpc decking.
B. Screw in stainless nail to fix the wpc decking to the keels.
C. Plastic fitting have to be placed to the groove sides of the decking on line between every two decks. 
D. After finishing arrangement of both the decking and the plastic fittings, two people at the opposite side of the boards, pushing the boards together to make the boards lean to each other firmly. 
E. Then screw in the stainless nails to all of the plastic fittings, which have a hole in the middle.

2:Key Precautions
A.The ground to install wpc decking should be leveled.
B.If there is a building wall around the area for intallation of wpc decking,please leave some gap between the wpc decking end and the wall, for expansion and contraction.
C.For each joint of two wpc decking,please fix two clips to make sure the wpc decking will be tight.
D,When you make the hole with drill,please make sure the hole will not bigger than the screw diameter,otherwise the wpc decking will not be fixed tight.
E.Please let us know the details of your projects, we would like to give you some advice for installtion accordingly

Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, customers need to pay the courier fee for free samples, but we will refund it after the customer places the order.

Q: What is the species of wood fiber you use?
A: Eucalyptus, poplar and some mixed wood, which is color related.

Q: What about your main market?
A: The main market is always oversea. More than 90% of the products are for export, and main market is Greece, Czech Republic,Italy,Germany, Spain, Austria, Swiss, Estonia, Norway, UK, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, USA, Canada, Argentina,Australia,etc.

Q: What about the warranty of your WPC?
A: 15 years warranty. Letter of warranty can be sent.

Q: How many production lines you have? What about the production capacity per month?
A: 30 extrusions lines. 60 containers per month.

Q: What properties will you test for your raw material and end products?
A: Wood fiber: ash content, fiber size, water content.
HDPE: melting index, ash content, physical property test for finish product.
End product: melting index, ash content, physical property test for finish product.
End product: strength test, boiling test and expansion rate test, temperature cycle test, outdoor UV test.

Q: What about delivery time for one container?
A: 15-20 days upon deposit payment well received.

Q:What about the temperature range of your WPC can be used?
A: -40 to 60 degrees.

Q: What kind of certification you have?
A: ISO9001, ISO14001, FSC certification. As for test report, there is test report done
according to EN15534 standard and ASTM standard.

Q: Have you ever received any complaints from your customers?
A: Frankly speaking, yes. And it's mainly about color difference, cause our raw material is recycled material, there is always difference between different lots. Now mixing is done for our HDPE plastic and also after pelletizing to well control of this problem.
