Production Process

1. Mixing -- mix all materials by a certain proporation 

2. Granulation -- complete into granulate under high temperature and high pressure 

3. Extrusion -- extrude the granulate into wpc profiles on extrusion machines 

4. Cutting -- after cooling down, wpc profiles will be cut as per required length and apply proper surface treatment 

5. Cleaning -- the boards will be cleaned well ready for packing 

6. Packing -- pack the products with PE film and Pallet
